采用同层排水对楼板的预制方案有无影响?

同层排水是指在建筑排水系统中，器具排水管及排水支管不穿越本层结构楼板到下层空间、与卫生器具同层敷设并接入排水立管的排水方式。

传统异层排水额外占用了下层用户的吊顶空间且排水噪音较大，马桶及其他洁具的位置无法再调整，管道如发生检修情况须在下层空间进行，容易引发纠纷；同层排水可以规避异层排水的所有缺点，但架空层渗水积水不易察觉，架空层内需填充大量材料。不降板同层排水需要设置排水汇集器和特殊的可调式配件才能实现，包括专用排水槽、地漏、后排水马桶和夹壁墙。
